Full Job Description

Support and assist external customers in customer service, order entry, project execution, quality control and receivables.
• Oversee and manage customer accounts
• Receive and address incoming calls and emails from customers
• Process orders on a daily basis by performing data entry function on purchase orders and sales orders based
on program requirements
• Match vendor invoices and warehouse packing slips to purchase orders.
• Invoice customers when all paperwork has been received, verifying all costs are accounted for and match invoices to corresponding paperwork
No direct supervisory duties. If necessary, may train backup personnel to provide assistance as needed.
To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed above with adequate training, along with the skills listed below. Ability to multi task is a must.
Education and/or Experience:
Required: High School Diploma with a minimum of five years' experience in this type of position.
Preferred: Degree in business administration or related field with a minimum of three years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Written/Verbal Communication Proficiency
Must be able to multi-task in fast paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Technology and Competency Abilities
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software and web applications.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Must be able to deliver consistent results, be highly dependable and able to work with little or no guidance.

Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Must have access to phone for Facetime/Zoom interview
