• Experience with Quickbooks online – Data Entry (entering customers, invoices, receiving payments).
Administrative assistant is responsible for ordering and quoting material, ensuring material is received without damage. Will schedule field staff and be able to easily facilitate a gap in schedule quickly. Must be a multi-tasker, have strong attention to detail, ability to follow direction.
