We are a full service certified public accounting firm seeking experienced billing clerk / administrative assistant. Experience with CCH Prosystem Engagement, Lacerte Tax software and QuickBooks would be a plus. Areas of taxation in which we provide expertise and consultation to our client banks, bank holding companies and key executives and stockholders include consolidated tax issues, mergers and acquisitions, estates and trusts, deferred compensation and tax planning.
Duties would include, but limited too: Invoicing, A/R, putting together tax returns paper and electronically and sending to clients. Taking care of terminations of clients. Also to include daily clerical duties such as answering phones, filing, copying, etc.
