We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join the expanding team with our client in Denver, CO who sells first aid safety products and services. We are looking for someone who can cultivate new relationships, cycle through a high volume number of prospects, and is passionate and capable of driving market development. This is a work from home opportunity where 40% of your time is generating leads and setting appointments from home and 60% is out in the field.
You will play an important role in their mission to keep workplaces safer, healthier and more productive by closing business-to-business deals with medium to large companies in every industry. You will also enjoy the benefit of training through their robust onboarding program, designed to help you succeed in your role and fully equip you with the selling skills to build a progressive and financially rewarding career.
Your primary focus is hunting and closing sales
Following a full sales process from start to finish
Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
Team up with your Service Representative assigned to you to manage your accounts
Money: We provide a competitive base salary and commission structure ($55-65k + commissions) with great company benefits

Tools: You are provided a company vehicle, gas card and all the sales tools you need to be successful
Must be able to spend up to 2 weeks in Seattle for training. Also, you should be available for regular travel to Seattle. (all travel, lodging, and meals are covered)
Clean driving record and a valid driver's license
At least 5 years of applicable B2B sales experience in a high volume transactional environment
