The primary role of the Client Sales Managers is to ensure the success of Peak's Inside Sales Department.
Hire, train, and manage the professional development of the inside sales team, which consists of individuals who conduct sales via incoming leads (phone, email, and webforms).
Leader of the Client Sales team, and will also work directly with clients to plan events, create proposals, and convert proposals to contracts.
Responsible for all of the revenue and activity quotas for the Client Sales Department as well as the day to day management of the team's training, issues, and performance/ customer service.
Track sales, produce sales reports, complete monthly forecasting, and operate within department budgets.
Responsible for relationships with our clients, including key company accounts.
Written and verbal communication, listening, customer service and organizational skills.
At least 2 years of experience in the Special Events Industry
Team-building and a resourceful problem-solver who can motivate and coach sales employees, generate change, and work with a diverse group of people.
Strong analytical, time management, and leadership skills
Hiring and training inside sales staff
Evaluating and improving sales processes and procedures
Monitoring sales department activity and closing rates
Holding his/her team accountable
Proficient with technology and reporting dashboards
Detail-oriented and organized
$65,000 yearly salary with company, departmental, and individual bonus opportunities at the top end if goals are exceeded.
