Compliance Coordinator - COMPL03591-00001 (Parker, CO)

We are currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our team at South Range Crossing, a 204 unit apartment community in Parker, CO.

Position Summary:

The Compliance Coordinator would be responsible for processing all prospect applications and recertifications according to compliance regulations and guidelines.


    • Knowledgeable in federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they relate to compliance including, but not limited to: Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC/Section 42)
    • Adhere to all Fair Housing laws and regulations
    • Review and pre-approve certification and recertification files within 24 hours of receipt
    • Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium


    • 2 years of previous experience
    • Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) preferred
    • MS Office experience
    • Strong communication skills
    • Must know Section 42 LIHTC policies and regulations
    • Must be able to work on site and have reliable transportation
