Exceptional customer service skills
excellent written and verbal communication
expert knowledge of dental insurances
expert knowledge working with Medicaid and PPO's
Able to work with speed and accuracy
expert knowledge with dental insurance payment posting
expert knowledge working to reduce A/R's
expert knowledge on the entire dental revenue cycle
At least 3 or more years of dental revenue cycle experience working in a dental practice
Able to work independently
Reliable and hard working
