We are looking for a highly skilled technician experienced in COMMERCIAL services HOWEVER if you have some experience we have a great opportunity available for the right person!! We service mainly commercial buildings with very little residential work. We offer consistent hours that fit your needs. We are BUSY so we need people who are serious and ready to work. We are looking for someone that has-

3 to 20+ years' experience in HVAC (Two Year College or Technical School Preferred)

Knowledge and Interest in Heating and Cooling systems

Some electrical knowledge

Willingness to learn

Self-reliance with good problem solving skills

Self Motivation

Good references

Job Requirements-

Good driving record and clean background. Drivers license is required to keep this position.

Universal EPA Certification REQUIRED. We WILL NOT hire without

Knowledge on how to read and wire the most basic HVAC Diagrams

Own hand tools in good working condition

Be able to lift 25lbs or more, climbing ladders to rooftops and working in various weather conditions

Perform Preventative Maintenance and Troubleshooting of various commercial and residential systems

Respond to quick calls sometimes requiring nights or weekends based on a rotating schedule (If you cant or are not willing to be On Call do not apply)

Be in communication with the dispatcher and operations manager throughout the day

Communicate efficiently with our clients about servicing their equipment
