Timberline Carpentry is a small but growing construction company based out of Denver, Colorado. We work exclusively on residential remodeling projects and full fix and flips. We will be hiring 2 full new crews and will need people of all skill levels to help us out.
All positions are full time and you will be an employee, not a 1099 sub contractor. Pay will range from $15-$30p/h based on experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience doing residential remodel work and must have skills in some, if not all of the following.
Painting - We use brushes and rollers as well as spray rigs. You will be masking, cutting in, and touching up.
Framing - Basic framing for interior walls
Demo - Demolish existing walls, carpet, bathrooms, kitchens, and trash out properties
Drywall - Basic Drywall patching and repair
Electrical - Basic Electrical, swapping out light fixtures, changing switches and outlets, troubleshooting problems, installing new can lights, etc...
Plumbing - Changing out valves, hooking up p traps and supply lines, running pex and abs pipe for new layouts
Flooring - Installing laminate flooring
Cabinet Hanging - Installing base and upper cabinets, installing filler strips and occasionally custom building shelves or cabinets
Trim Carpentry - Installing Baseboard and door and window casing, installing trim around cabinets, installing exterior trim around properties.
Those are the main job responsibilities but with construction the job always changes. We are really looking for people with a broad knowledge, even if you just have the basics down, who wants to learn and grow with the company.
