Part Time Property Manager - 50 Units (Littleton)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft office products to include Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher. Experience working with One-site property management software is also a plus. Good communication skills are highly important, both in-person and over electronic mediums. Hours are 8am to 12pm Monday - Friday.

Education or Formal Training:

High school diploma or equivalent. On-going training in LIHTC compliance, Fair Housing and other topics as necessary.

Experience:

Some office and managerial experience is necessary. Previous property management experience is preferred.

Working Environment:

Management offices are typically busy and require organization, attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Most work will occur indoors, however, frequent trips walking the property will be required on a daily basis.

Physical Activities:

Sitting. Standing. Walking. Climbing stairs. Carrying light to moderate weight items. May occasionally be required to assist others with their work load.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation is required to fulfill the needs of this position.
