PT Cleaner Wanted (Littleton)

We are looking to bring on a new PT Sub-Contractor Cleaner - Approximately 15-20 hours a week.
Mostly Residential Work but some Commercial Work too.

Work varies daily but generally everything is 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday.

If you are good and prove yourself reliable, there will be more work for you in the future if you like.

Requirements:

Must be reliable - we will give you the schedule ahead of time - it's up to you to show up and do the job.
- We are not looking to micro-manage and we will not babysit you. The job is yours to work your way. We will give you the equipment and schedule and pay you for all of your work.

Must Have previous cleaning experience - we will give you the rundown of what to do at each spot, but it's up to you to know what you're doing.

Must have Have reliable transportation and insurance
- You have to be able to get there and bring our equipment with you.

Have a good attitude and be trustworthy

This is a long term position.

Competitive pay $22.50 to start. If you do a good job and are reliable we will increase up to $25.00 per hour.
We do not pay transportation costs.
