Position: Half Time. Sales Development Representative (20 hours per week)
Work Location: Your Home
Compensation: $20/hr. ($1,666 per month) + Commissions and Bonuses in the $500 - $2,500 extra per month.

Sales Development Representative - Position Summary
You'll contact Bay Area business owners by outbound phone calls, emails and through social media platforms. You'll set presentation appointments for our senior sales executive by selling our program's benefits and qualifying prospects. We have a fantastic program which is backed by a total satisfaction guarantee for each business owner so you will feel great about your work.
o Identify potential prospect companies within your assigned territory
o Research prospect companies' attributes and needs from their website and social media
o Sell our benefits to prospects and set presentation appointments through phone, email and social media contacts
o For uncommitted prospects grow your relationship through creative, consistent follow-ups
o Document all activities within our database through our CRM
o Accurately add valuable info to each prospect record in our database
o High Integrity
o Responsive and responsible. Good with follow-up.
o Quality and upbeat communications style in all interactions
o Great attitude, independent, organized and motivated
o Effective phone sales techniques and listening skills
o Effective writer of emails and prospect directed social media posts
o Knows their way around LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for B to B contacts
o Always learning and striving
o Quiet home setup for phone calling and internet
o Work Monday through Friday either 8:00AM - 12:00PM PST or 1:00PM – 5:00PM PST
o Minimum of 3 years (within the past 7) of very successful phone sales results
