Ability Connection Colorado is currently seeking a full-time FRONT DESK, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, to be apart of the Administrative Team.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. This is an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the front desk, answering phones, making copies, scan or faxing documents. The Admin. Assist. would be available to support any of the employee's needs, sort the mail and make deposits.

Requirements:
-Excellent customer service skills
- High School Diploma/ GED
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Takes initiative
