We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Tax Resolution Assistant to support our Associates. The right candidate should be a reliable, highly organized and self motivated individual and MUST have experience in the
Tax Resolution industry! This position performs advanced clerical duties for our tax resolution company. Duties include communicating with clients in person and on the phone, performing basic administrative tasks, typing letters to clients and IRS and State taxing authorities, and transcribing financial forms to work each case towards file resolution. Position Requirements:
Experience in the tax resolution industry
Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
Must type at least 40 WPM
Superior customer service skills
Positive attitude
Very detail oriented
Great telephone communication skills
Capable with general office equipment
Highly reliable, with good attendance
