Purpose of Position:

Anticipate needs and provide proactive, robust administrative support to the Specialty Sales Teams in Neurovascular Sales Organization. Strengthen the sales organization by assisting the team with accurate schedule management, organization and facilitation of company processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and extensive administrative support to Specialty Sales Teams in Neurovascular Sales Organization, including planning, on-site presence and active involvement in the success of in-house and off-site meetings, ownership of internal processes and focus on continually improving level of service to internal customers.

  • Provide recruiting support for the Specialty Sales Teams with regards to job requisitions, candidate interviews, candidate travel, offer letters and on-boarding of new hires (in conjunction with Sales Training).

  • Lead planning and execution of Sales Meetings and Specialized Sales Training events.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for Specialty Sales leadership, including support of calendar/schedule, event and travel management, and general organization/clerical support; maintain and work with sensitive/confidential information and navigate organization accordingly.

  • Coordinate activities with other executives and their administrative support personnel to ensure timely scheduling/completion of activities/meetings; build internal relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and on-time project, initiative and task completion.

  • Manage through significantly fast pace and adapting needs of internal stakeholders to ensure continuous delivery of world class support.

  • Provide assistance on special projects, presentations and light analysis as required.
