Locally owned company seeks energetic Assistant Manager to join our front office team. Immediate opening! You will work closely with the Office Manager and assist with running multiple departments in our fast paced and rapidly growing company. We are a close knit, fun and hard-working group and are looking for the right fit to join our family.

Confident with a 'take charge' attitude.
Adaptable and willing to tackle new projects with enthusiasm and ease.
Open to training on our procedures and willing to train others.
Very detailed-oriented and great with paperwork.
Trustworthy and dependable with excellent attendance and reliable transportation.
Comfortable on the phone, both with customer service and calling banks and insurance companies.
Experienced with at least 3 years of prior office work and great communication skills (verbal and written).
Good with technology and able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Comfortable with filing, scanning, faxing and maintaining employee and customer files with meticulous attention to detail.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
