- Provide support to our internal customers with effective incident management, prioritization, initiation and execution.
- Ensure all daily, monthly deliverables are automated adequately and deliveries are handled within the communicated SLAs.
- Proficiently use DW tools such as ETL and Reporting software to solve for enhancement needs that require a quick turnaround.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to independently handle business questions from customers.
- Perform root-cause analysis / support on a self-sufficient basis and escalate to Tier 3 support only on an as-needed basis.
- Provide support to the development team by assisting with production release management.
- Keep up to date with leading edge technologies to improve BI Delivery automation for availability, maintainability, and scalability.
- Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
