The Operations Analyst is an important member within the Enterprise Information Management & Analytics (IM&A) team and is primarily responsible for the full operations support delivery cycle of our critical reporting & data integration platforms and applications.

Job Requirements

  • Provide support to our internal customers with effective incident management, prioritization, initiation and execution.
  • Ensure all daily, monthly deliverables are automated adequately and deliveries are handled within the communicated SLAs.
  • Proficiently use DW tools such as ETL and Reporting software to solve for enhancement needs that require a quick turnaround.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to independently handle business questions from customers.
  • Perform root-cause analysis / support on a self-sufficient basis and escalate to Tier 3 support only on an as-needed basis.
  • Provide support to the development team by assisting with production release management.
  • Keep up to date with leading edge technologies to improve BI Delivery automation for availability, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
