Marketing Statement :
Revolutionizing Business Solutions for the Federal Government: At the Interior Business Center (IBC), our focus is on providing a core set of business services -acquisition, financial management and human
resources to over 150 federal clients. As one of the few shared service providers in the federal government, the IBC is committed to providing leading edge efficient and cost-effective business services to our customers.
Why IBC is a great place to work. The work of the IBC is a truly unique experience. We operate similar to the private sector in that we work on a fee-for-service basis. While most federal agencies receive appropriated funds from Congress, the IBC operates on a full cost recovery basis. This means we need to earn our own business and therefore we strive to be the best provider of business management services.
The people and culture make IBC a great place to work. IBC offers a variety of opportunities for our employees-from robust training and development programs to unique mentoring and shadowing programs, to helping make work/life balance a priority. IBC enables you to make positive impacts for clients and yourself, which ultimately benefit the American public.
Core Values: Accountability. Customer Focus. Innovation. Integrity. Teamwork. Stewardship. These are the core values we strive to perfect every day; they embody who we are, what we do, and what it means to work for the IBC.
