Ability to grow 20-30 individual contributors per quarter to be customer focused and motivated by the team's success
Understand that in order to grow within a top tech company you have to be adaptable to daily changes not limited to products, team structure and performance metrics
Goal oriented and focused on the end result. If an obstacle comes in the way of your team being successful you know how to look for solutions on the spot
Utility player who is not afraid to jump into the nitty gritty. You are a coach who aims to help team members meet and exceed performance metrics
Work as many hours as it takes to scale your team to where it needs to grow. Open to working weekends and 40+ hours per week
Technically savvy with the ability to pick up new systems and find ways to improve upon our existing interfaces (SalesForce, MS Office)
Accept feedback and put areas of opportunity to work without having to be constantly pushed
Administrative responsibilities for your team such as approving timecards is second nature and does not take up the bulk of your day
