As the Compensation Analyst you will be an integral part of the Human Resources Team. This position reports to the Director of Compensation and Benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities:
●Responsible for supporting the HR team with day-to-day compensation topics and seasonal projects, identifying issues, innovation opportunities, and process improvement.
●Analyze pay data and develop salary structures for North American markets.
●Recommend job matches and salaries for new hire offers and increases.
●Budget setting and cost modeling for annual merit increases.
●Prepare and test a customized system for annual salary planning process.
●Calculate payout of salary increases and annual bonuses.
●Analyze and report annual performance review data.
●Educate management and employees on compensation philosophy.
●Support ad hoc projects as needed.
●Collaborate with regional and corporate HR, Payroll, executives/management, and cross functional teams.
