Job Description

Plant Operator - Primarily responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of the plant. Will work cooperatively with the placement operations in the production of high quality concrete at the times and volumes required by the placement crews. The plant operator is also responsible for the training and performance of all assigned subordinates (loader operators charging plant, plant helpers and others as assigned). Must be able to follow directions of supervisors on daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.

Trainee - Primarily responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of the plant. Will work cooperatively with the plant operator in the production of high quality concrete at the times and volumes required by the placement crews. Be willing to train to be an operator, mechanical background a plus and must be able to lift 75 lbs. Must be able to follow directions of supervisors on daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.
