Construction Superintendent Experience - at least 5 years
Strengths in a trade in either mechanical, structural, or rigging
Strong scheduling skills and experience

Looking for people who know how to put a job together, plan and schedule manpower based on scope of work, supervise up to 12 people to start.
Experience working in power plants or substations is preferred but not required.
The company is in major growth mode. Currently, there are 24 people on the field crew and that number is expected to grow to 100 in 3-5 years.
Construction Superintendent coordinates direct and control all site construction activities: Determines work priorities and coordinates work activities. Enforce all site safety regulations. Coordinates, scheduling project meetings. Review and understand project documents (e.g., contracts, specifications, blueprints, P&IDs). Supervises and schedules personnel on the project as well as all subcontractors, equipment and materials in a manner that maximizes their effectiveness. Communicate with personnel and sub-contractors to ensure they understand the work, the planned approach and any problem areas (with a back-up plan). Inspection of day to day construction work to enforce conformity to specifications. Continually monitor progress on the project as it relates to schedules, Tracking cost daily and or weekly on all work performed, (e.g., Labor, Materials, Equipment & Sub contractors) . Estimates Labor, Materials & Equipment needed for specific jobs and or Change Orders if required. Deals with project customers demands for information, service & schedules, or other related duties as assigned. Successfully complete Projects on schedule and within budget.
