Vantiv is sitting on a large and rapidly growing goldmine of data at the center of a tremendous market opportunity. We're looking for a Product Manager to play a pivotal role

in the research and development of data products, in order to drive better and faster decision making across the company and to identify actionable insights for our customers. Vantiv is looking for individuals who enjoy analyzing large data sets and are looking for a challenging and exciting opportunity to bring innovative solutions to market.

Specifically, we are looking for a Product Manager who can focus with our newly created Data Product team, who will work closely with our Data Science team out of our DTC office in the Denver Metro area. The successful candidate will develop and deliver data products that can be commercialized externally to drive new revenue streams from both existing customers as well as new market segments. The ideal candidate will come with a strong analytical background with the ability to interpret and/or analyze large data sets. We need someone who can show expertise in translating data and analytical solutions into productized offerings consumed by external customers. The mission is to unlock the value of Vantiv's immense data asset to drive transformational growth.

Our Data Product Manager will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line. You will work with several different lines of business whilst carrying out the life of the products.

He/she will work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.

This might be the role for you if:

  • You possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
  • You have an analytical mind that can interpret data and analytics well
  • You have a base knowledge of Data Product and Product Management
  • You are a big picture thinker and like solving fuzzy business problems
