EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- High School diploma or GED equivalent is required

- Minimum 5 years experience Project Management

- Background in Industrial electrical/ Instrumentation & controls projects

- Comprehension of Industrial

electrical installations

FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES:

- Project Management of large Industrial Projects (Budget &Tracking Costs)

- Project Management of smaller service type industrial projects

- Estimating Change Orders

- Establish and maintain customer relations

- Additional duties as assigned by Industrial Manager

ADDITIONAL REQUIRMENTS AND SKILLS:

- Effective Communication and interaction with all company departments, customers, and vendors.

- Proficient in Word and Excel for Spread sheet applications and calculations

- Problem solving skills

- Ability to meet Deadlines and stay focused under pressure

- Estimating organizational skills on multiple projects at once

- Decipher and interpret P&ID, Electrical/Mechanical Plans , and specifications as related to project specific requirements

- Mental alertness and attention to detail is necessary to ensure accuracy of project tasks

- Time management while working together as a team as well as working independently

- Proficient use of computer, software and office equipment
