Job Description
She / He is responsible for receiving and shipping parts, stocking inventory. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Perform duties necessary for the smooth operation of the parts department. Data Entry, Answering phones, Shuttle Driver and other office duties. Fleet management of Loaner vehicles.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing parts.
Keep good records or parts received.
Keep good records of part returns and cores.
Compares information such as counts, measures of oils received of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against invoices, packing lists, or other records.
Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, records shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify discrepancy.
Stock inventory from shipments.
Changes bin locations on parts when moving from one location to another.
Works closely with Office Manager/Service advisor to assure that all new parts are attached to customer invoice or put away correct bin locations.
Keeps shelves and stock bins clean and in proper order.
Operate vehicle for shuttling customer to and from destination.
Answer phones, File, Texting
Check in loaner vehicles and keep them cleaned and fueled and ready to be checked out to the next customer.
Check in customer Vehicles as needed.
Keeps office swept/moped and clean.
Qualifications:

High school diploma required; Must be able to read and write English. Must have computer skills and experience with Excel and Word and the ability to learn new software easily. Must have
Excellent problem-solving skills. Able to interact successfully with co-workers. Must be able to recognize the need for urgency in receiving parts, must pay attention to details. Must have the mental flexibility to handle stressful situations. This shift is from 12:30 pm to 6 pm.

Physical Demands:

Involves essential ability to move at a fast pace, walk, and stand for long periods of time. The ability to climb ladders and/or stairs. Involves working in seasonal warm and cold temperatures and occasionally being in the elements. Must be able to lift objects of 50 lbs. from the floor to waist high, and 25 lbs. to shoulder high.
