PDW Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring part time test drivers to drive pre-production vehicles for an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier. This part time test driver position pays $12-15/hr., offers flexible scheduling with AM Day shifts, PM Night shifts and Weekend shifts available, based out of Wheat Ridge, CO. Test drivers will evaluate pre-production vehicles part time, providing feedback on issues, vehicle function, comfort and performance. Part time test drivers will drive in small groups on designated routes for 8 to 10 hour shifts while performing test procedures. Test drivers are not required to have any automotive technical experience. Candidates meeting the requirements below with flexible schedules are strongly encouraged to apply. Day shifts, Night shifts and Weekend shifts are available. Retirees and veterans are welcome.


Test Driver Shift Schedule:
AM Day shift: 5:00am to 1:30pm or 3:30pm (Monday - Sunday)
PM Night shift: 5:00pm to 1:30am or 3:30am (Monday - Sunday)


Test drivers earn $12.00/hr.
CDL Drivers earn $15.00/hr., only when driving commercial vehicles.

Regular Driver Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record
Minimum 2 years driving experience in the U.S.
Able to pass a written driving test, read maps and follow directions
Must have good written and verbal communication skills (in English)


CDL Driver Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid CDL/Chauffeur driver's license and an excellent driving record
Have an updated DOT card
Minimum 2 years driving experience in the U.S.
Able to pass a written driving test, read maps and follow directions
Must have good written and verbal communication skills (in English)
