Seeking Experienced Dining Room Manager


We are a high volume family owned fine dining restaurant doing breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have a full bar, piano bar and soon

to add a large raw bar and sushi bar. We have been in business for 25 years with only one down year in sales 9/11 (2001) and one flat year (2002). Completely debt free with over 40 years left on lease.


-A serious professional with a minimum of 10 years in high volume fine dining.
-Ability to train existing and future staff to such a level that it is obvious to all that your service levels exceed expectations of all our guests.
-Possesses a high level of wine knowledge, cocktail service and craft beer.
-Experienced enough to have a high degree of understanding of what it takes to operate a successful fine dining restaurant, but in touch with the millennial trends in the social media forums.
