A medium-sized Denver law firm seeks a Paralegal with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Colorado Trust and Estate Administration for a full-time position. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail

and strong computer skills are required. This position involves a great deal of client interaction and also requires a sense of humor and a team attitude. Meeting a billable hours minimum is a requirement of this position so experience billing time is important.

Our candidate must have extensive experience with all stages of opening and processing an estate, following through on all stages with little direction and the ability to work independently. A tax/accounting background would be helpful but is not mandatory. Experience opening and closing an estate, preparing estate asset inventories, requesting EINs, e-filing, etc., is required. The ability to accept responsibility and anticipate future needs is critical.
