Our Field Techs make sure we have great homes that are easily accessible to our customers. Field Techs get to work independently on their assignments which range from performing a walkthrough with a customer to installing signs, security devices and electronic locks to getting the home ready for its new owner. This is a 1099 position, and our Field Techs are paid per visit, with each visit paying from $15-$40 depending on the visit type. While the flow of work varies depending on the needs, 6-10 visits per day is expected.

Responsibilities include:
* Helping us manage properties, including evenings and weekends
* Facilitating walk-throughs with a customer
* Installing and maintaining access systems and marketing materials in homes we're selling
* Checking and testing home systems for functionality

This position is ideal for a person who likes to manage their own schedule, enjoys being out in the field and has experience doing home repairs and renovations. Candidates must be professional, reliable, able to work independently, and problem solve. This is a hands-on position! A clean driving record and reliable transportation is a must, and handyman/basic home repair skills are essential.
