We are looking for an additional Front Desk Associate, for one of our central offices, who is the perfect blend of professional, personal, and fun, with the following established skill set:
Prior experience in the real estate industry a plus
Ability to maneuver a computer efficiently--MAC OS knowledge preferred; other programs/needs include internet skills, Microsoft, Adobe CS
Customer service oriented
Communicate effectively and clearly both orally and written
Punctual and VERY detail oriented
Proactive and responsive
Willing to go the extra mile and learn as much as possible to contribute consistently to company goals
Easy-going, problem-solving personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy office environment
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Communicating directly with clients and agents
Preparing Listing Presentations
Schedule Showings
Coordinating and AdvertisingWeekly Open Houses
Creating and Maintaining Monthly Floor Schedule
Answering Phone Calls and Assisting Walk-In Clients
Reserving and Maintaining Conference Rooms and Party Space Calendars
Setting Up for Classes, Meetings and Other PorchLight Events
Position details:
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:45am-5pm

Hourly wage will be offered based on experience.
