We are a small, established technology firm providing IT support services to companies in Chicago ranging from non-profits to financial services firms. Technicians work closely with our clients, getting exposure todesktop and server technology within a wide variety of environments.
We are hiring a full time Help Desk and Server Support Technician. The Help Desk and Server Support Technician has the primary responsibility of troubleshooting technology problems for our clients. Help requests will come from our clients through email, phone and/or the help desk system. The Help Desk and Server Support Technician will find the root cause of the issue and implement a fix. If a fix is outside of the scope of the technician's expertise, he or she will escalate the issue or work collaboratively with the team lead to find a fix. The Help Desk and Server Support Technician will also go onsite to our clients' locations as needed.
The office is located in the Bucktown area of Chicago near the Damen blue line stop.
The hours for this position are 9am - 6pm Monday through Friday in the office with some hours spent onsite with our clients.
Salary negotiable based on experience. This position is eligible for health insurance benefits.
