BARTENDERS: Currently seeking experienced, responsible, dependable, mature bartender/server for various shifts. Some day and/or night shifts possible for vacation relief. All our bartenders start

out as servers before bartending. Must be responsible and have at least 5 years experience bartending in a fast-paced environment as well as closing. Our bartenders perform both server and bartender duties in a high-energy, fast paced environment. Must have prior experience and at least 21 years of age. TIPS certified preferred. Must be proficient with computer. All bartenders start out as servers first and must be able to perform both duties.

Job Purpose: Serves customers by mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks; safeguarding patrons, taking and delivering food orders. Duties: Prepares mixed drinks by selecting and mixing ingredients according to recipes.Garnishes drinks by slicing and pitting fruits; preparing olives, and onions; placing on picks or in drinks. Prepares beer barrels by connecting hose couplings and connecting barrels to tap. Serves beer by filling glasses with beer drawn from tap; retrieving and opening requested-brand bottles and cans. Serves wine by opening bottles; and pouring by-the-glass offerings. Maintains attractive bar by arranging bottles and glasses for display; removing soiled glassware and empty bottles and cans; ensuring cleanliness. Maintains supplies by re-stocking snacks, liquors, wines, beer, and non-alcoholic ingredients; replacing beer barrels. Prepares and takes out trash for disposal. Maintains safe, secure, and healthy bar and patrons by following and enforcing standards and procedures; judging when customers have consumed too much alcohol; calling for alternate transportation; complying with legal regulations. Handles customer complaints, disturbances and rowdy customers. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; keeping abreast of drink trends; exploring new recipes. Enhances bar's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments; safeguarding customers. Follows Opening/Closing Procedures. SERVERS: Various shifts available. Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday needed right away. Will need more weekday/weeknights into summer. Must have prior experience and at least 21 years of age. TIPS certified preferred. Must be proficient with computer.

Job Description: Take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons at tables.
Job tasks include but not limited to: Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Collect payments from customers. Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes. Take orders from patrons for food or beverages. Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. Serve food or beverages to patrons, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required. Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request. Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining. Prepare hot, cold drinks for patrons. Roll silverware, set up food stations or set up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large parties. Inform customers of daily specials. Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens. Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods. Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as silverware, and glassware. Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, take them to kitchen for cleaning. Assist bartender by answering phones to take reservations or to-go orders, and by greeting, seating, and thanking guests. Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, tidying up server station, taking out trash, or checking and cleaning bathroom. Perform food preparation duties such as brewing coffee and iced tea. Fill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiment, and napkin containers. Describe and recommend wines to customers. Provide guests with information about local areas, including giving directions. FOOD RUNNER/BUSSER: Needed for weekends both day and night. Must be 21. Assist servers and bartenders in running food from the kitchen to customer tables. Remove used tableware between courses; clear and reset tables after guests leave. Stocking and cleaning service areas, maintaining adequate supplies, and cleaning of all public areas.

COOKS: Both morning and night shifts available.

Job responsibilities include cooking, dishwashing, prep work, cleaning. Looking for someone who loves to cook and able to follow recipes. Must have at least 1 year experience in a fast-paced environment.

All positions require own car/transportation. Must be reliable, on-time and dependable.
