CNS has six (6) Customer Service Representative (CSR) openings for a fun, interactive, inbound call center environment. We are looking for people to join our team to fulfil a six (6) month
contract with opportunity for extension and hired perm by our client!

What we do
Be a part of a team focused on integrity, vision, passion, excellence, and respect while fulfilling the needs and requests of a large local client base. A successful CSR will be able to meet each client's specific needs, act as the primary point of contact, and keep detailed notes utilizing multiple applications. Our CSR's receive a 4-week training in a classroom environment and shadowing with our staff. We want you to be successful!

Update Customer Service records

Desired Skills
Operate standard office machines
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
1 year experience in Call Center environment
