A nationally recognized Image Consultant based in Cherry Creek North is seeking a mature, professional Executive Assistant to join our fast-paced dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will be resourceful, responsible, high energy, service-oriented, simultaneously big picture, and detail oriented and a self-starter. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client scheduling, tracking and follow up
Track order accuracy and completion
Assisting owner in day-to-day interactions and requests
Basic bookkeeping (Quickbooks)
Organize displays
Various administrative & clerical tasks
Social media: creating content & gaining a following
Keep office equipment stocked and running
Track inventory
Multi-tasking
Customer service that wows people!
Assisting in wardrobe audits
Pre-shopping
Returns
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
Our ideal candidate must have a mature, strong work ethic and can tackle multiple projects and clients at once without missing a detail.
Must make a great first impression. Our clients are very high end and expect pristine service and style that is a match for our brand.
Assistant must work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to constant change. There is no average day.
Must be very computer literate (Mac is required) and have superior written and verbal communication skills.
Mastery of social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.) and experience building a following is necessary.
Creativity is important, and a passion for fashion and design would be great!
Must be extremely detail oriented and passionate about organizing.
Has sensitivity to client's energy and needs and can redirect things (get snacks, change the music, give them a compliment).
Must be able to work from 10-5 M-F with rare but occasional evenings and weekends.
