We are a locally-owned, successful IT service provider in the Denver metro area.

We have been in business for over 15 years and we need your help to continue our expansion. Our work includes troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, networking, and training/consulting for customers. We are looking for experienced client-oriented field service technicians for Level 1 and Level 2 whose qualifications and expertise meet the standard we've set for our business. Some travel will be reimbursed all within the Denver Metro Area.

Technical Requirements :
Familiarity with the use and support of business applications
Experience configuring Windows 7 and beyond workstation
Management of customers' equipment including firewalls, switches, servers and workstations
Networking of offices for Domain and workgroups
Management of customers email systems including hosted exchange
Must be comfortable with Server 2003, server 2008, SBS 2011 and server 2012
Basic understanding of BIOS and RAID
Strong knowledge of PC troubleshooting and repair - creative problem-solver
Strong customer service and communications skills
Experience in field-service
