We are currently hiring a full-time Junior Project Manager. This position will directly support the Project Manager in day-to-day operations of managing construction projects. This is a M-F 8am-5:00pm schedule and the pay rate is $15/hour. This position will require substantial driving in between construction jobs and our properties. TASKS:
Pricing out construction materials
Scheduling and meeting with vendors and subcontractors
Checking in on construction projects and reporting updates
Pick up and delivery of construction materials
Troubleshooting construction issues brought up by our construction associates
Ensuring that with the correct scheduling, all deadlines are met
Updating team members via Asana software
Taking pictures of properties to be used for social media and our website


Requirements:
Highly responsible and reliable
Organized and able to multi-task
Attention to detail
Friendly personality and phone presence
Ability to correspond in a professional manner
Punctual for meetings and appointments
Experience with project management, real estate, or construction is a plus
Eager to learn about property development
Flexible schedule
Ability to pass a background check
Clean driving record
Ability to complete tasks on a strict deadline
Autonomous and needs little supervision
Experience with project manager software is a plus (Asana, Trello, etc)
Knowledge of Excel
