Required: Bachelor Degree and minimum of seven years or more job-related experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field.

Five

years of experience with Kronos Workforce Timekeeper in a senior administrator function, or a similar level position in Human Resources.

Experience with and thorough understanding of Kronos pay rules, and troubleshooting, modifying, and creating interfaces within Kronos Workforce Integration Manager.

Experience administering Kronos internal application security, configuring and troubleshooting Kronos devices and report writing tools.

Must possess understanding of Windows server environments, database design, web servers, application servers, interface technologies, LDAP and J2EE applications.

Experience querying data in multi-table database environment using SQL.

Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills required.

Ability to participate in on call support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Responsible for system administration of all Kronos applications (Workforce Timekeeper (WTK), Workforce Scheduler (WFS ), Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), Workforce Mobile, QuickFill / SMS) and time clocks (4500, InTouch).

Preferred: Experience working within a project management matrix organization.

Ability to:
Build a payroll
Modify interfaces
Understand Java and the Database structure
Needs someone who has administered the application
Maintain the clocks - 200 clocks and they need upkeep and maintenance
