- Design and facilitate service/sales training program to help ensure member and employee engagement. Design and facilitate technical training to operations and lending staff including enhancements & updates. Design and facilitate training courses necessary to support/meet corporate vision, mission and values and compliance regulations. Assist with the preparation and facilitation of the New Employee Orientation program Monitor and track training courses for all employees in various LMS systems. Work in collaboration with the Training Services team and the Leadership team to identify training needs. Demonstrate an understanding of financial products and services. Track and report sales training activities. Contributes to the design and enhancement of all training programs, and consistently updates program content as needed. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
2+ years of training experience preferred with an emphasis on service
Financial institution experience a plusExperience working with training technology/software, i.e. Camtasia, Captivate, etc., preferred
