Currently seeking a Marketing Manager in the Title Insurance/Real Estate Industry

Primary Responsibilities

• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
• Preparing online and print marketing campaigns
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
• Expand product solutions and offerings
• Ensure brand messages are consistent
• Gather and analyze customer insight
• Engage consumers on social media
• Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms
• Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics
• Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities
• Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader

Requirements

Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing
Colorado Insurance Producers License
Strong analytical and project management skills
Confident and dynamic personality
Strong creative outlook
Knowledge of WordPress
Knowledge of Social Media applications and SEO functionality
