We are looking to hire a Marketing Program Manager in our Exton, PA Headquarters. The Marketing Program Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the Product Marketing Manager in the project management of all marketing activities in the Product Marketing Plan by providing timely feedback and input into execution of Product Marketing activities. This role also provides input to Regional Marketing, Event Marketing, Event Planning, and Marketing Engagement to ensure that work is aligned to leverage and maximize the marketing mix in order to achieve goals and objectives outlined in the marketing plan.

Key responsibilities within this role are:



  • Support the Product Marketing Manager in the creation of the yearly Go to Market plan




  • Oversee the planning and project management of all programs and projects related to the Product Marketing Plan




  • Manage, reconcile, and provide reporting on Product Marketing Budget




  • Manage the marketing mix and regional budget distribution based on regular analysis of marketing activity performance




  • Negotiate, manage the contract approval, artwork creation, deadlines, and invoice payment of North American Advertising and 3rd Party webinar contracts




  • Work with to specify and finalize the content of print and online ads and Product Marketing collateral and determine the localization plan for these materials.




  • Manage relationships with external creative marketing consultants (financial and project-management)




  • Ensure that all current and approved Product Marketing materials are posted in ProjectWise for use by marketing, sales, and channel




  • Work with the Marketing Engagement Specialist to:



    • Communicate the prioritization of marketing activities and assist in the development of each activity, including refinement of audience targeting, creative and content




    • Determine the quantitative goals for each component of the marketing mix






  • Work in conjunction with Event Marketing Specialist to:



    • Provide product-related content as needed in support of marketing and promotion of events






  • Work closely with Event Planning Specialist to:



    • Provide product-related content for signage or collateral as needed




    • Provide input along with Industry Program Manager as to what Bentley products should be offered/promoted






  • Work in conjunction with Corporate Marketing Creative Services and Media Services to:



    • Create and finalize the look and feel of all Product Marketing materials and other user-facing deliverables.






  • Work with Regional Marketing to:



    • Communicate the Product Marketing plan and budget for each region




    • Manage and reconcile the regional Product Marketing budget




    • Ensure that the regional marketer has an understanding of and access to the content and information needed to execute regional Product Marketing activities




    • Provide guidance and support as needed in the execution of Product Marketing activities





Skills/Experience Required


  • At least 3 years Marketing experience (program or project management)

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP
