Let's take a drive. Grab your keys, turn over the engine, get out into the country and open her up. It feels good: the windows down, engine throttling, wind whipping in and out of the cab. After a few miles you look around and you see nothing but long stretches of country road punctuated by Tractor trailers and farmland. Why is that no matter how far you think you are from everyone, you can almost always find a tractor trailer just around the corner? That's because there are over 500,000trucking companies in the United States with over 15 1/2 million trucks on the road (2,000,000 being tractor trailers). We are one of those companies (and have been for the past 60 years) and we are looking for someone like you!
We are a leading trailer manufacturer/repair shop based out of North Denver looking for top of line Welders/Assemblers to join our successful team.
What we are looking for:
-2+ years of MIG Welding experience on Aluminum (fabricating trailer components such as rear frames, H-members and axle assemblies a plus)
-2+ years of blueprint/tape measure reading experience
-2+ years of experience working with hand/power tools
-PASSION – If you don't have the passion to put pride into your work each and every day then we aren't the right shop for you
-ATTITUDE – Skills can be learned, attitude can't. If you have ever muttered the phrase, "that's not my job" then this isn't the right shop for you.
-Steel Toe Boots – If you've worked in this industry before then I'm sure you have a dirty pair sitting by your front door
-Drug Free – We are a drug free company and will ask you to pass a drug screen if offered a position
What's in it for you:
-Competitive Wages ($18-$22+/hr; DOE)
-Full Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long-Term Disability, 401k after 1 year of employment)
-Professional working environment – We have employees who have been here for 30+ years.
-A Career Path – this is no ordinary job. We work hard and reward those who work their tails off.
If you're tired of working jobs and are ready for a career, then we want to hear from you. Skip the boring cover letter and send over a resume along with why you are passionate about this industry. We can't wait to hear from you.
