The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operations of their assigned restaurant. Key areas responsibility include, but are not limited to: team performance, overall customer satisfaction, increased sales and profitability, effective cost controls and development, training and retention of key employees. The Restaurant Manager is responsible to work actively to ensure the restaurant meets financial and operating goals.

Knowledge of Labor Laws, Health Codes, Safe Food Handling and Sanitation, safety and security system procedures and computer operations

2+ years prior professional experience in the restaurant industry desired
Scheduling flexibility including days, nights, weekends and holidays
GED or High School Diploma
The ideal candidate will have experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, Leader, Service Manager, Banquet Manager, AGM, Store Manager, District Manager, Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, FOH Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, F&B Manager, GM, RM, AM or another restaurant management position.
