Supports the day-to-day operations of the sales department, promoting sales, securing
orders, and providing "Quality" service to our customers according to our company Mission

Performs the responsibilities of the Sales Representative, adhering to and implementing the
company mission, values, culture, goals, objectives, policies and procedures. Our policies
and procedures are all outlined in our Policies and Procedures book, which is readily available
to all employees.
Develops and maintains effective working relationships with our customers, vendors, and others
related to our business and company. Promotes and maintains the identity and reputation of
the company, and ensures customer satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns and complaints.
Must be proficient and expedient in problem/situation resolution.
Helps with the collection and maintenance of accurate departmental information as is requested in
accordance with the requirements of the company's information system. Provides accurate and
timely documentation of expenses, call reports and other information, as requested or required
by the supervisor.
Sales Representative is also responsible for meeting the sales gross margin profit objectives
as outlined by the Sales Manager. Regularly call on assigned, as well as new customers, within
the assigned geographic territory to secure orders and generate sales of products and services.
Ensures QUALITY customer support, through expediting, pricing, follow-up, returns and other services as may be required. May develop quotations for customers within our company profit
objectives and guidelines. Provides our customers with timely follow-up on technical inquiries and requests.
Knowledge of Metal fabrication, electrical and electronic component assembly and wiring is required. PLC hardware and software knowledge is preferred.
Team player - able to work well with fellow employees, customers, and vendors.
Self-Motivated/Self-Starter able to work well without supervision.
Ability to Multi-task is essential
Ability to organize and stay organized.
Previous sales experience is required.
Minimum of two-year Associate Degree in Business or an equivalent in electrical field related business.
Must be computer literate. Knowledge of Word, Access, and Excel is preferred.
