The Professional Services Specialist must work both independently and with the Payments Association (PA) team, as well as with PA customers, and is an active
participant in all phases of the planning and execution of the professional services strategy.
The Professional Services Specialist helps analyze and recommend solutions that will best fulfill the PA customers’ needs, and works with the Director of Professional Services, to translate customer needs and preferences into the development of new tools and resources to help them stay compliant and to improve internal payment processing.
