*PUNCH / Handyman *

We are a local Construction Company currently looking to fill positions for PUNCH /Handyman for Home Care Warranty orders. This is a permanent position with a rapidly growing company with great opportunities. Work will be year round. We have lots of work and are starting to grow more as a company and looking to expand our employee base. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $20.00/hr with incentive opportunities to make more based on experience.

Job position/duties will include but not limited to;
* Punch Items
* Paint touch ups
* Some drywall patch work, with texturing.
* Installing doors / small carpentry items
* Just looking for an "all around do it yourself" kind of person

Must have the following:
* Valid driver license
* Valid SSN
