- 4-year degree, technical degree preferred (enginerring, etc.).
- 3 to 5 years experience as plant buyer or purchasing agent for an industrial or manufacturing facility.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience with SAP desired.
- Good communication

This position works both in an office environment and in a clean plant environment and is exposed to a quiet noise level. The employee may occasionally be exposed to fumes or airborne particles and outdoor weather conditions, working near moving mechanical parts, and may on occasion be exposed to work in high, precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, or risk of electrical shock.
