Creative Counseling Center, LLC, provides counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. We're a small, fast-paced, private practice with 7 therapists, expanding quickly to serve a larger community, and this position is crucial to our success.

This position is responsible for the administrative functions including, but not limited to:
• Greet clients, answer phones and make outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain and organize client records, files and schedule or reschedule appointments
• Other general administration including sorting and filing mail, assisting with preparation of documents and correspondence, and create / update simple spreadsheets
• Trouble-shoot simple phone, printing and wifi issues by calling vendor or googling a fix
• Make copies, respond to emails, send faxes occasionally, scan documents
• Administrative support to the Executive Director and Director of Operations
• Assist Executive Director and Director of Operations with projects as needed
• Other administrative responsibilities as assigned
• The responsibilities of this position may change over time as our office procedures are updated

Minimum Qualifications:
• Front office experience required
• BA/BS degree or 5 years office or administrative experience
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, familiar with email marketing software a plus (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, All Clients or similar)
• Bookkeeping or invoicing experience a plus
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent team player
• Stellar organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accountability required
• Able to multi-task and prioritize a changing list of responsibilities

Start date: ASAP
Minimum 35 hours per week; we will discuss a schedule
Pay: $12-$14 per hour, based on experience
