Description:

The Receptionist must possess the ability to effectively answer phone, assist with customer service requests, perform administrative tasks, and provide general office support to Escrow staff

  • Work directly with clients, realtors, lenders and attorneys as it relates to customer service matters
  • Answer phones, transfer calls to correct extensions, accurate message taking
  • Collecting, sorting and distributing incoming mail
  • General clerical duties such as scanning, filing, creating new files
  • Creating and managing e-mails, memos, letters, reports
  • Manage office supply inventory
  • Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet
    • Exceptional verbal/written communication, organizational, problem solving capability and analytical skills
    • Must be self-starter with ability to work independently
