General Duties and Responsibilities:

â¢ Excellent Sales Ability
â¢ Upholding the Ella Bliss Standard of Customer Service (Ability to make every customer feel welcome and special)
â¢ Promoting Membership Sales
â¢ Greeting all Ella Bliss customers every time they walk through the door
â¢ Following up with customers to ensure you they have the best experience while they are at Ella Bliss
â¢ Scheduling all appointments/ Re-book Appointments
â¢ Checking in all clients when they arrive
â¢ Following up to see if Guest would like other beverages
â¢ Checking Inventory
â¢ Restocking Product
â¢ Keeping the front Social Bar, Lounge, and other areas clean
â¢ Assisting with Events & Parties
â¢ Product Sales
â¢ Spa Booker Super User- be able to train other new hires (Training will be provided on Spa booker)
â¢ Daily Opening and Closing Activities
â¢ Help promote and brain storm new store promotion ideas
â¢ Customer Feedback
â¢ Cash register
â¢ Knowledge of Kevin Murphy, Image or Spa booker a plus but not required.
â¢ Serving Beer & Wine
Pay & Benefits:
â¢ $10 per hour
â¢ $5-$10 per membership booked
