Job Title: Concierge Specialist
Position Summary

General Duties and Responsibilities:
• Upbeat & Enthusiastic
• Friendly and Welcoming
• Excellent Sales Ability
• Upholding the Ella Bliss Standard of Customer Service (Ability to make every customer feel welcome and special)
• Promoting Membership Sales
• Greeting all Ella Bliss customers every time they walk through the door
• Following up with customers to ensure you they have the best experience while they are at Ella Bliss
• Scheduling all appointments/ Re-book Appointments
• Checking in all clients when they arrive
• Following up to see if Guest would like other beverages
• Checking Inventory
• Restocking Product
• Keeping the front Social Bar, Lounge, and other areas clean
• Assisting with Events & Parties
• Product Sales
• Spa Booker Super User- be able to train other new hires (Training will be provided on Spa booker)
• Daily Opening and Closing Activities
• Help promote and brain storm new store promotion ideas
• Customer Feedback
• Cash register
• Knowledge of Kevin Murphy, Image or Spa booker a plus but not required.
• Serving Beer & Wine

Pay & Benefits:
• $10 per hour
• $5-$10 per membership booked
