General Duties and Responsibilities:
*Upbeat & Enthusiastic
*Friendly and Welcoming
*Excellent Sales Ability
*Upholding the Ella Bliss Standard of Customer Service (Ability to make every customer feel welcome and special)
*Promoting Membership Sales (Must feel comfortable selling memberships)
*Greeting all Ella Bliss customers every time they walk through the door
*Following up with customers to ensure you they have the best experience while they are at Ella Bliss
Scheduling all appointments/ Re-book Appointments
Checking in all clients when they arrive
Following up to see if Guest would like other beverages
Keeping the front Social Bar, Lounge, and other areas clean
Assisting with Events & Parties
Spa Booker Super User- be able to train other new hires (Training will be provided on Spa Booker)
Daily Opening and Closing Activities
Help promote and brain storm new store promotion ideas
Knowledge of Kevin Murphy, Image or Spa Booker a plus but not required.
Serving Beer & Wine
Must be able to multi task
Pay & Benefits:
-$10 per hour
